NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) — A suspect opened hearth on U.S. Marshals serving a warrant at a house in what became a lethal incident within the Bronx early Friday.
It occurred within the Wakefield part round 5:30 a.m.
CBS2’s John Dias reported a heavy police presence within the space of the house on Eli Avenue.

Three U.S. Marshals had been shot exchanging gunfire with two suspects. The three had been hospitalized are are anticipated to be OK.
Each suspects had been shot. One was killed, the opposite taken to the hospital.
Police recognized the deceased suspect as Andre Sterling, 32, who was needed for the capturing of a Massachusetts State Trooper.
