Dominion is suing Mike Lindell, the Trump-supporting founding father of MyPillow, for defamation. The voting machine maker looking for greater than $1.3 billion in damages in opposition to Lindell.

The grievance alleges that Mr. Lindell made false claims in regards to the integrity of Dominion’s voting machines and that he knew no credible proof supported his claims that the corporate had stolen the election from Mr. Trump—what Dominion has referred to as the “Huge Lie.”
“He’s nicely conscious of the unbiased audits and paper poll recounts conclusively disproving the Huge Lie,” the grievance states. “However Lindell…sells the mislead at the present time as a result of the lie sells pillows.”
The swimsuit additionally names MyPillow as a defendant.
In an interview Monday, Mr. Lindell mentioned he was “very, very pleased” to be taught of the lawsuit.
